Refund Policy

You can check the color, material and fabric while receiving the order.

You can try the item while the courier is waiting for you, if the size or the fit is not suitable you can exchange/return it with the courier and only pay the delivery fees.

Please make sure to have the product Tags and packaging material intact or closed well to ensure safe delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by using the same way it was used to request the order, during working hours and before at least one day of the date of delivery

If you paid by credit card or debit card and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.
